Not that I really care, but how can this guy keep selling these? I've seen more than one of these converted machines for sale from him.

Its just a matter if someone reports him to eBay. Sometimes stuff gets pulled, sometimes it doesn't. Mike : )

Ebay might catch it and pull it or it could just slip thru.

The more this occurs the more ebay might not want to deal with having to screen Pachislo ads and just ban them altogether. Lets hope this one slips through because the more it gets reported the more attention is brought to Pachislos and I really think that that would be it. I dont think ebay wants any waves and losing Pachislos from their site wouldnt cost as much as the fines they might start getting from the bad ads that would be reported. If too many reports keep comming up of one particular type of item it will raise red flags from both ebay and outside watchdogs. I think vendors that do report these types of ads might just be tightening the noose for themselves. I dont think that they would look like the GOOD GUYS to ebay but that they would simply bring up troubles for ebay. Look at it from Ebays
point of view what would you do in their place?

I don't get it He has a disclaimer on there that does a 180 turn.
