Default Neo Magic Pulsar Time Date Setting

Could someone please enlighten me on how to set the Date / Time on the Neo Magic Pulsar? I was impressed that it managed to keep the settings even after removing the power supply all together.

I have searched everything I can think of and only find where people ask how, but no answer on the method.

    Any info?

    Thanks a bunch.

Put your system into a reset with the key turned to the right, then press one of the menu buttons and the reset menu will come on. I think you can figure it out from there.

Um, I must be having a moment or something.

Here I sit in front of the machine. Turn the key to the right press menu button, same menu as always. With key turned to right, turn off then on machine to get into reset mode; press menu button, same menu as always. Press reset button, try menu buttons, same menu as always.

So I think I'm missing something here. I was with you right up to the "reset menu will come up" part.

By the way, just to the right of the reset button on the inside of the door is another switch (SW2) with on/off positions. What's that for?

    Well now that was sneaky.

Another kind member messaged me with how to do this. When in reset mode there are a couple of extra menu options. Not being particularly fluent in Japanese, I didn't realize that there were extra menu options when scrolling through. Who knew!

One is to set time and date. I haven't quite figured out what the other one does, but I think it must be some kind of machine reset.

I'm still wondering what that little switch on the inside of the door is for, though.

    Thanks.

the little switch on the door next to the odds setting switch should be 'on' to autoreset after a big bounus round payout this way you don't need the key to reset the machine after a bounus round payout. it automatically resets.
I read this on another post sorry can't remember the poster to give credit to.
