Taco Slot pachislo power issue, but fluorescent bulbs work

This is my first pachislo acquisition.
There's at least a bit of power arriving.
Some lights on circuit board, but no digits light up. And no button lights.
Where do I begin?
And where is this loose disconnected cable (at the right) supposed to go?

Yes, there's a hopper. I removed it to see what is behind.

Check the fuses in power supply. I think that dangling cord must be the reel stop board I think there is a fuse there also on that board maybe looks like there is one eBay but photos aren’t clean. Check behind the wheels or maybe it goes to the door somewhere not sure welcome to pachitalk
