Default OTOME Masakazu The Pachinko First Edition History of Pachinko to 1985

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/OTOME-Masakazu-Pachinko-First-Edition-History-Pachinko-1985-/270893445455?pt=Antiquarian_Collectible&hash=item3f1281f14f# ht_500wt_715

Man I'd love to get ahold of this book but at that price the guy can keep it. I'd be a buyer at $50 most (wouldn't even like to go that high)

I think emmadog has a copy of it.

If someone wants to post the pictures go ahead. (It is a tad difficult for me to do it. I'm still getting use to the new browser.)

I knew my pricing wasn't terribly insane. That would be about top dollar I'd pay.

You could buy at least 5 machines for that and have some physical history.

Just for fun, I made an offer of $50 for it. It was immediately declined nd no counter was made by the seller.

    hey guys!

nice to be noticed that I was missing...

been a very hard year for me: divorce, new job, left new job for another job (ethical issues), major major depression, and menopause... I think the hardest year of my life. I am really hoping for a better one in 2012. and it's already better getting back to Pachitalk!

rich (ttc) and I got together, then I actually turned on the Matrix, my Euromat and the SF pinball for the first time in months. I have been planning upgrades again, working on the Sparrow, and I installed a car stereo in the volvo yesterday... so good to be back with the living.

so, what did I miss this year? I heard Curt passed away and Kiai no longer does YJA? how's Rita, vintage pachinko and all the regulars?

still on my restore list are an Alllwin, an older Matsamura, new flipper assemblies on the SF pinball, and some new/old pachinkos from hawaii that my sister sent over and I never even powered up!

happy new year to all of you. It's good to back in touch with my pachi family

I checked out some of his other items. $11,500 for Catcher in the Rye, 1st edition. I suspect he feels this is a "great opportunity" and probably be content to put it in his inventory of books that he will never sell.

This book is listed on a half-dozen websites dealing with rare and out-of-print books. The price is $250.00 no matter where you look.

I would like to get my hands on a copy, but that's outside of my current budget for books at the moment.

Maybe if i sell 250 copies of my suspense novel this year I can take the proceeds and buy the book. That would be the zen use for the funds.

Glad to see you are back! Been a bit busy and not visiting here as much as I would like, but hope to find more time this year. I hope this is a better year for you.
