Have you seen this Pachinko-dai?

Its an old one from the early 90's and its called Tanukichi-kun 2

Luckily, as it was very popular back then when I used to play it in Japan, they added it into video game compilations, some of which I have. Here's the front cel, from this SNES game.

Have you seen this machine, or know where I can find one?

Came out in 92, might be a toughy to find, but they did do a remake in 2006

Yes, the 2006 remake is very faithful to the original, with LED and some play feature updates by the look of it. And of course - the 2006 CR type garish outer frame (yech!). But the mechanical Tanuki toy remains (good), along with the tulips and claws, and the capturing of the balls in the center is the same. All very pleasing.

Nice - think this would be the one I would chase. Something fom 1992 would be too difficult to find - although, I am in Japan in July 09, so might have a quick look around anyway.

If someone comes across a lead on this machine outside of Japan, let me know?
