KISS pachinko in the works!

Well all you KISS fans myself included have something great to look forward to. An official KISS pachinko! Right now it's still in the developing stage but it's coming! The company that is making it is called wildcard or wildcat. I have never heard of them before so maybe this is a 1st for them,not really sure. All I know is the drawing of the playing field has been approved and they are in the coloring stage to get that approved. Here's a photo of the approved playing field. It sure would be nice to have an official KISS pachislo to go along with it but i have not heard about that.

OK. Call me stupid but I don't know what a lumina cell layout is.
All I know is this is the lay out that Gene Simmons of KISS approved for the machine and they are working on color schemes for the machine now for the next approvel. They also said they didn't know when the release date for this was at this moment but they would keep us posted. As this is in the early stages I wonder how long it takes from start to release of a pachinko.

Lumina is Sankyo's latest frame (Star Wars,Neo Powerful,etc...)

The Japanese company Wildcard is creating a Pachinko machine to be released in Japan. Pachinko machines are a cross between a pinball machine and a video slot machine. The machines are widespread throughout Japan in establishments called "pachinko parlors".

Pictured here is the approved black and white comp. Wildcat will now make a color comp and submit for approval. No release date has been set for the KISS Pachinko Machine but we will post as soon as we have any further info!

It's definately not a Sankyo Lumina Cell. The Cell mounting and fastening mechanism though looks similar to the system that Heiwa uses.

Playability is everything with Pachinko and I personally think it's a really great Machine!!

You are not going to believe this but I sent a short email to Sankyo last month telling them that I'd love to see either a KISS or AC/DC pachinko machine. I have emailed IGT Japan this week and will be submitting a KISS pachislo design to them so keep your fingers crossed. I submitted three colorized detailed designs to Stern pinball three years ago and they have produced three machines based on these namely Pirates of the Carribean, Elvis and Ripley's Believe it or Not as a result. I even had my Swashbuckler pirate-theme game copyrighted through the US copyright office in October of 2003. Happy Holidays!

I sent Sankyo Japan a short email last month informing them that either a KISS or AC/DC-themed pachinko would be a sure-fire winner. I submitted a similar email this week to IGT Japan regarding a KISS-themed pachislo machine. I am working on a black and white rendering of this design concept which is forthcoming. Three years ago I submitted four original pinball concepts along with rulesets to Stern Pinball, Inc. Three machines, namely Ripley's Believe It or Not, Elvis and Pirates of the Caribbean have resulted from my efforts over the last three years.I even had the wherewithall to copyright my Swashbuckler (pirate-themed design) back in October of 2003 through the US copyright office. I was totally turned off by the bobble heads when I first saw them. It began to grow and me and now I like them.

For me, it adds a bit of humor to the whole thing. Now to get a Star Trek bobble head!
