I wonder if the play field cell is intact? Theres a Rescue Dog Pachinko (looks like the same frame) on Ebay right now...
How hard is it to switch and change out the cells? Can it be done? Is it easy to do?

I think I've seen a vintage from the 70's complete with flip handle that featured Popeye, this could be one of those
