there are certain trouble makers out there..
you know the kind.. not the loud type.. the ones that send a quiet little email. saying hey you know you might want to take a look at this..

one of these people is Andi ( AKA Drcrippen324) some time ago Andi, was bragging about finding really low priced Pinballs in the UK priced so incredibly low that it was as if they were giving them away.. well in our discussions at the time he offered to keep an eye out for me in case one of these hidden gems would appear again.. and he would take on the task of collecting it for me, refurbishing and then eventually sending it to Greece.

this was months ago.. and i felt relatively safe... until the other day when the good doctor.. or not so good doctor depending on how you want to put it.. sent me a link to a very low priced pin.. 350GBP / 500$ / 440 Euro.

he told me i should have a look... well it was indeed a low price.. but what the crazy thing was, was the Pin was located 100 miles from me. An amazing impossibility that had come true... a local Pin and dirt cheap...

I had the Doc, liase with the gentleman selling the pin asking questions as if he was intending to purchase it himself. and we received a number of pics, of the machine all showing it to be in satisfactory condition.

well i waited for the 10 day auction to come to a close, and a few days ago, i contacted the seller myself, he was a friendly guy who offered FREE SHIPPING with the deal as well... which saved me the trouble of a 2 hour per way drive and the borrowing of a vehicle to transport the pin..

anyway the auction came to an end today NO BIDDERS.. well except for one..

I wasnt able to bid due to a listing error by the seller he had local pickup listed but didnt allow for greek buyers.. Go figure ! It was probably an ebay thing have gotten it a lot.

I contacted the seller and he relisted the pin with buy it now.

Just spoke with him and it will be here thursday!
