Info on double field machine?

Hi all,

I was stationed in Japan in 75-76 and ended up with two pachinko machines.
One is a standard machine, but the other has, for lack of a better phrase, two
playfields, one above the other. The machine is about 4 feet tall. I've never
seen nor heard of another one and would like to know more about it.

I'm on the road right now, so can't post a photo yet, but can do so when I
return. Any suggestions on how/where to research it and maybe even
find a value is appreciated.

4ft tall pachinko, sounds like it's in a cabinet like a computer pachinko or maybe something custom made from that era??

Pics are a must at this point. As I have never heard of a machine with 2 playfields. I have seen free standing cabinets that have 4 machines but not like your saying.

Anyways can't wait to see some pics.

Correct. That would considered a late bagatelle/early pinball. It wasn't played verticle like a pachinko, but more horizontal like a pinball. You shot X number of marbles (usually between 5 and 10), then added up the scores from where they landed.

Holy Cow. I have NEVER seen that before. That's an UBER-Pachinko. Kind of like those oversized slot machines you see in vegas.
