Batman - URGENT HELP clearing blockage

Just got my Batman machine........

Unfortunately in transit one of the foot screws has become lodged in the ball feed upper mech......

I can see how it easy to remove the sound board, however, how do I get to the track to clear it ? On my Sankyo machine its really easy as everything including motor unit is quick release .....

IN this Heiwa machine, it looks as if everything needs to be unscrewed....... am I missing something or do I need to get the screwdriver out.......

Please consider turning the machine upside down and giving it a few good shakes BEFORE you take it apart. Perhaps even rock it back and forth and from side to side. I sometimes even apply a rubber mallet when more extreme measures are required.

iv herd of putting your foot in it but never your foot screw

befor dismantaling try emptying machin turn upside down and lightly tap of a had surfice it always works for ball jams

personaly i dont know the machine Batman is an older machine from a diferent manufacturea so it stands a chance that you will have to get the screwdriver out

as for your expiriance give the vendor some feedback as in tape the foot screws to the feet or somthing so a first time buyer dosent have the problems and be put off pachis at least you have some expiriance

Hi,
There are some big white plastic twisting knobs, look either side of the ball tray for the obvious ones then the rest will become aparent. It should allow most of the boards to open, unclipping wires as you go.

thanks for the advice... already inverted it though, and it just won't budge.....

Unscrewing the big locks just removes the whole board, whereas I ned to get inside the mech ....... guess I have no choice but to pull it apart......

simple removal of the sound board holding plate and another good thump and its clear.......

Its a GREAT machine....that reel action is just different enough to keep it fresh......

Ball ? it was worse than that - had a 1" Screw jammed in there that had come loose from the packing in transit
