here is a pic of my neo planett reel motor below. can anyone suggest a place to lube to eliminate motor noise?..... Without being a temporary fix, such as spray shaft ends? sorry for the size of the pic, i need help at that also.

As far as we know the reel noise is there to stay, noone thus far has been able to lube it away. These machines are well known for their reel noise, along with the Neo Magic Pulsar is the same way.
This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

hi pool cant help with the reel noise i have a neo planet and i got the same its kinda a neo thing
as for the pics the best thing i found to do is put it into a editing program like photo shop or even paint for quikness and under one of the editing tools (difrent each program) alter image size to under 400x400 pixels but tick the keep aspect box and it dosent streach or scew it then

hey no needs for apoligy hope you enjoy neo it still keeps me entertained 3 months down the line (reel noise included)

my wife loves the machine, i guess i should not be so particular. thx drcrippen for your help....next thing i need to learn is how to put the pictures of the machines...that i own below my posts. guess who the pic is of in my avatar!

funny my wife is the same with neo plannet (well i did buy it for her) i thought i was going to get grief for this hobby but now she is nagging me for a pachinko after she saw one. so for your own pockets sake dont show her a pachinko.
shrink the pics down to the size you want ie short and slightly wider then host them somewhere and finaly go to user cp and click edit signiture and put the pics link in your signiture

The noise normaly isn't from the reel motor but vibration carried through the metal "cage" the 3 reel assembly is housed in.
If you hook up the reel and hold it outside the machine and start it spinning you will see how quiet it is.
(Ask Mark if you don't believe me.)

hmm in wich case can we all cure our reel noise by getting our kids to hold the reel cage while we play
or would some rubber pad of some sort between the cage mounts and the cabinet work
