I wrote to the email you provided and heard from Debbie.

They still offer the universal key but here's the scoop.

If you bought your machine from them... its basically 13 plus shipping.

If you did not buy your machine from them its 20 plus shipping.

Although one of our posts here will allow you to turn an allen wrench into a key.

Id have to say after reading the instructions, that a 20 dollar key would be well spent

It's interesting. I have three keys and five machines. All my keys work on all my machines but one. None of the keys work in this machine. The keys all fit in the lock but do not turn. Does this mean I need to manipulate the lock somehow?

Just send the lock and $25 to me and I will send you a new factory lock and key that works. When you take off the lock be careful not to lose the three screws and remember how the trip paw goes on.
