Received 3 from Big Bear!!!

I must say the quality of these machine is fantastic...I do have one gripe though...more on that later. First off I took a vacation day for this event.



The packing was great everything solid and tight. The first I ripped open (carefully) was Beast SAPP hooked it up played with it and it's pretty damn cool. The screen is very bright and the graphics clear. Mind you I haven't really sat down with them yet so we are talking 5 min here.

The next is Metal Slug which came with the same results...the odds screen is an amazing touch. The sound and graphics also seller with one of the best light shows I've seen. Brings back memories of Metal Slug at the arcades...or the MAME machine.

The last was Sinbad, after unpacking I noticed pieces of plastic broken inside the plastic bags which surround each unit. Panicking I searched for this sin. After inspecting the machine I noticed the ashtray was the explosion I speak of.



I quickly hooked it up crossing my fingers praying it was ok. Sure enough the best of the rest is in gear. Also one amazing machine graphically the best and so many little treats to tempt you.



My question is will Big Bear send me a replacement ashtray? It seems to connect into 2 "knobs" but one is snapped off.

Gee I sent an email 2 min ago and already they are sending me another ashtray. Talk about service. 2 thumbs WAY UP!!!!

give him a call he might even replace the tray if the **** that hold the ashtray on are broken it may need to be replaced .Gaku is an excellent dealer and stands behind everything he sells give him a call.

Well I received the new tray today and I must say that Gaku does not disappoint. Installed in a snap.

Actually the stands are 20 dollar target bookshelf stands turned on the side. They have great support and hold two machines perfect. The one on the right I had to cut in half. They stand 25 inches tall (on side) and for now that is perfect. Later I'm building a simple 5 inch platform out of 2 X 4's and simple MDF board to lay across the bottom. This will give me my 30 inch desire. It's very cheap and effective for now.
