Default Popeye Repair - Token Chute Question

Does anyone know how to successfully remove the token chute from the inside of the door that allows tokens to fall into the hopper? The piece that I am talking about is black, about 3-4 inches long, and has 3 holes on the side that is connected to the machine. Mine is broken and I have a replacement part ready to install, however, I'm having some initial difficulty removing the broken piece. I've taken out the screw that went into the middle hole, but the broken piece is still attached. I don't want to do any internal damage so, thus far, I've been hesitant to pull with all my might to remove the piece. Perhaps I need to unscrew another external piece on the door to get at whatever else is still holding that black piece in place??? If anyone has any thoughts/suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated!

Can you post a picture of what you are talking about? I do not have access to my machines right now.

Default Re: Popeye Repair - Token Chute Question - Thanks Gaku

Thanks to everybody that responded to my message with advice/help. The good news is that Gaku sent me some incredibly detailed pictures today with step by step written instructions on what to do to be able to remove the piece that was broken. All I need to do now is install the proper replacement part. As many do on this forum, I would like to thank Gaku for his great customer service after the sale. I've purchased 10 machines from him over the past few months and can't think of any reason why I would purchase a machine from anyone else.
