I got a answear to my emails finally, and received a tracking number. I just hope it arrives in good shape. It seems that he is filling all the orders, but that should be a given when you in good faith pay for an item.

BUT!
The hassle for buyers, the creepy/sneaky self promoting post & what still seems a refusal to respond in any sensible trust inspiring way to logical questions is enuf for me to keep my distance until everything becomes a little more transparent.

This isn't much ado about nothing. This guy got on this board and misrepresented himself as a buyer to entice us to buy from him. I don't care how cheap his machines are. He lied to encourage sales. That is just wrong.

He artificially built up his Ebay feedback to do us a favor for the holidays? Sorry, I don't buy that. He obviously knew how to manipulate eBay's system so he could make the types of sales he wanted (hmmm... and we wonder why his account was suspended - twice?)

I'm sorry. I don't care if he comes through with the machines. He used shady tactics to make sales. I will NOT reward him with a purchase no matter how good a bargain it is.

I hope everyone gets the machines they ordered. However, receiving your machine in good condition does NOT justify this group's acceptance of this seller as a reputable dealer.

I've seen more than enough red flags from this guy. We must not let ourselves get caught up with low prices and let our common sense go by the wayside.

Well, there is that!
I agree with you my friend. I dont truly think this is much ado about nothing & I too wouldnt purchase from him.
He's started out very badly & to my mind has not redeemed himself at all.
However, Ill give him enough time to prove himself in some way before I throw him under the bus. And once he has proven that he can be trusted, then & only then, will I still not purchase from him!

4 emails from my neighbor to this Scott character and still no response. I find it funny actually as my neighbor paid 50 percent more than most did on the same machine. All I know is I better stay away from my neighbor for awhile...he's twice as big as I am ....Scott you might want to send a tracking number to Arizona

I sent a very simple request to him stating that I would like to try to be home at time of delivery and got a response with a tracking number within 6 hours.

As Ken524 pointed out, this guy, even if he comes thru' on everything he is obligated to, still has a some big problems that need to be worked out.
And it appears he's working them out ( rather poorly ) on the fly.
Theres just seems to be a great potential for a screw up or even a screw over.

Just wanted to let everyone know, I did get my tracking number, and it's set to arrive on Wednesday. I'll let you know what happens. Hopefully, I will be a happy member of the *elite* Pachitalk Star Wars Club.

first post here.......just for an update......won the auction for one of his Star Wars units for $365......after a few days, though for sure i was being scammed for the same reasons as everyone else. used the get info feature on ebay to get his phone number.....called him last night, seemed like a nice enough guy on the phone, after i spoke to him he emailed my tracking number, the machine should be here thursday (my first machine)...almost disputed paypal and cc on him......
