Help needed!

Okay y'all this may sound like a noobie question, but I need help with my Spin Luck and King Of The Battle World machines. Reason I'm asking is because yesterday morning, after Willie hit his 3rd BB, the SL ran out of tokens.

He got an HE error, hopper empty, and we cannot do a soft reset. I know its not an IGT problem because the Dance Night, also IGT, has no problem doing a soft reset.

I have tried every trick I know with no luck! We had to do a hard reset which means he lost not only the rest of the BB, but also lost the 5 future games.

When I first got the KOTBW, the same thing, no soft reset when the hopper emptied, lost BB.

Out of the 23 machines, these are the only two I have this problem with. Does anyone have any idea how to correct this?

One other thing, Both Daqnce Night and Spin Luck have wires connected to the key reset switch, the KOTBW does not. That may explain its problem.

We just checked the SL and DN and we found something. I'm going to take a couple of pics and post in this thread of what we found.

Check your slide switch positons on the power supply. Mine are both in the down positon. If the key is wired for it, it should work.

Checked and both are down.

Here is the pic of the Dance Night key switch activator thingy.


I don't have anything to paint an arrow or circle, but notice the two metal prongs on the black switch the key lever hits, there are two of them on the Dance Night. Center of pic, 4 wires connected.

Here is the same switch on the Spin Luck (the key switch lever that presses down on these retract on the SL) below. Center of pic, 4 wires.



I don't know if you can make it out, but it looks like that metal do-hickey is broken off.

I hope y'all can make out wwhat I'm saying.

Yes it looks like one of your two switches is broken off, the outside one. Mine has both of those metal press down switches.

Tony my Harley Davidson has both They are microswitches that the lever activates to do the reset
