Just an update. After recently purchasing a package deal fron Gaku the fedex boys sent two of my machines on an extended vacation. One got a little beat up and the other came in over a week late (all 3 left together.) Gaku was very proactive in dealing with fedex and even offered me a little token to smoothe things out. Gaku has proven to me that he really cares about his customers and is ready to offer his help without hesitation. It's nice to have a potentially bad experience turned into a very positive one thanks to quality seller.
