My Godzilla scrolls the following across the top of the screen after winning a Bonus and going through the 14 or so rounds. I was wondering if anyone knows what it says. Rupan? I hope its clear enough.

"Chance Stage"

The chance stage occurs after a normal bonus in most modern pachinko machines. It lasts for 100 spins and there's usually a 20% of getting another win.

Here's a flowchart example of how the stages/bonuses work:

1. Normal play stage--> If WIN: If big bonus, go to 2; If regular bonus go to 3
2. Big bonus (jackpot payout)-->Big bonus play stage-->WIN (100%): If big bonus, repeat 2; If regular bonus, go to 3
3. Regular Bonus (jackpot payout)-->Chance stage-->IF WIN (20%): If big bonus, go to 2; If regular bonus, repeat 3 IF LOSE (100 spins, no win): go back to 1

Ok, this question is machine specific to my Godzilla. I think I have been getting regular bonuses. 14 rounds of Godzilla, 1st fighting tanks, then Mothra Larva, a show down vs King Ghidora in wich Mother Mothra joins in. It ends with Mothra and Godzilla going back out to sea.

So, question is, if I hit a BIG bonus am I in store for something different?

I LOVE this machine, the tank roaming around during normal play is kinda boring, but the chance stages with the different monsters is just plain fun to watch. My favorite is Mothra using her wings to hurl the numbers at the glass.

Uh, let me explain the difference between regular and big bonuses:

If you win on these numbers, it is a "normal" bonus, single payout, allows entry into chance stage.

These numbers give you a "big" bonus, single payout but allows entry into big bonus stage which is a 100% win stage and can be linkable with other big bonuses.
