    Talking Pachislo Newbie Checking In

    Hey all,
Wow, what a difference one week makes. Last week I had never even heard of Pachislo slots and five days ago I received one for my birthday—it's a Thunderbirds model—and I'm hooked . It was purchased on Ebay from Milt at Stealth Home Amusements and I was amazed at the condition of the machine, very clean inside and out and looks brand new. I was immediately addicted and then I bid and won a Neo Planet in an Ebay auction the next day. It's due to arrive Thursday and I can't wait. I am doing more research and learning more bit by bit thanks to this forum. What is the one machine I should absolutely have in my new collection? Thanks in advance for your input.

    Welcome,

Can't go wrong buying from Milt he's the best. The one must have would probably be a Spin Luck.

Harley Davidson, Spin Luck, and Addams Family all are IGT

That depends on what you like, gameplay or bells and whistle-wise. The ones the other guys recommended in this thread are great, I can probably recommend some other machines if you can give more detail.

To me the one must have machine would be the Harley Davidson and a really nice machine that sells at a reasonable price is the King Camel as it is unique in it's own way

I guess I'm leaning toward the bells and whistles because I suck at the game play part. I guess I'm still learning and am a little overwhelmed at all the choices.
    Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

OK, I'm throwing out machine names without regard to price and/or availability:

    Magic Pulsar
    Mephisto
    Onimusha 3
    Gamera (High Grade Vision)
Kyojin no Hoshi (aka The Star of the Giants or Baseball)
    Fist of the North Star
    Nangokundachi
    Bomber Powerful
    Hanbabi Hyakkei

Those are some of the more eye catching machines I can think of but you might want to stick with a simpler machine like Spin Luck, King Camel, or Juuou so you can figure out how to play first as some of the machines above have pretty complex play systems.

    Congrats pauhaus !
Pretty new here as well. My first machine ( also from "Stealth" ) was a Neo-PlanetT. Loving this thing, and I think that you will as well.
One word of caution, Leave the lights On, as in the dark, one machine will become two, Two will become four and so on... you'll see.

Just remember "Theme - Theme - Theme"!

It's the first rule of pachi's, be it pachislo or pachinko. If you like the theme, you'll generally like the machine.
