I wonder if those are decoration around the flipper or if they are lights. That would be kinda cool if they turned on based on how far you pulled down the flipper handle.

those are just decorations as the lights are in the top area usuley 2 lights one for winner and one for low balls and this one is in rough shape ,look at the chrome trim
