    Default Stealth Home Amusement

Hey everyone, recent lurker, first time poster here. Been an avid fan of pachislo for a few years now, and currently own 4. Just found this site a few months ago when the "thrill" for pachislo's came back across me.

Through this site I heard many reference's of "Milt" and "Milt's" site. Finally I figured out which site was his.

I purchased Sinbad Adventures from him last week, which btw, is the coolest and most fun Pachislo I've ever seen! Upon arriving I noticed what at first I thought were smudges all over the glass. Upon further examing it was clear they were actually scratches all over the glass.

While they don't by any means inhibit game play or fun factor, they were noticeable. Since I have purchased pachislos in the past I wasn't expecting mint condition, and actually wasn't even expecting anything to be done about the scratches.

But I emailed Milt anyway because I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. As I expected, Milt responded within hours an assured me they would take care of any problems I had and get me any parts I needed. So as of now, I am calling them on Monday to discuss the issues with the techs and get my parts.

I just wanted to give a very positive thumbs-up to Milt and his operation. I was expecting to get a "I"m sorry, but that is expected, we can't help you" response. But instead got a very quick response stating they would do everything they can to fix the issue.

I am VERY please with Milt and Stealth Home Amusement at this point. And I Plan on making all purchases from him in the future (unless I can find a crazy good deal on Ebay for one I want).

Hats off to Milt and a great customer service practice. (Let's hope all goes well on the Monday call!).

Milts the best , only person i will deal with, gives his customers a real one on one feeling transaction IMO. Novus might fix your problem they might be able to send you some towlettes that could fix it.

Just realized I posted this in the Pachinko forum by accident! Is there anyone who could move this to the Vendor Pachislo forum ?

    Thanks Tony!

Update to the situation, just spoke with Milt personally on the phone and they're sending me out some super duty scratch remover stuff to see if that fixes the problem and even tossing in some extra bulbs!

Again, I couldn't recommend Milt more highly for his customer-service, A+ service with his company, even with first time buyers from him like myself.

Metal Slug? its pretty cool, i really like it but i just played it lil bit because I'm doing lil' review on Gamera Hi Vision. Gamera is very very very Hi-tech when it comes to graphics, designs, and everything. Once i finish on Gamera, ill start focusing on Metal Slug. and Fire Express afterwards.....

    My money really worth it!!!
