Godzilla
Has anyone seen a Godzilla pachislo?
The horribly expensive video game store near me that I've discussed before has one. It seems to have some neat features. First off, the front door. It only opens in the middle; in front of the reels and the hopper. The payout plate stays put and the coin tray on the front is staionary as well. I thought that was odd. It has a very dark look to it; lots of black.
Of course, after I opened the door I got a dude shooting across the store freaking out that I touched his precious machines. Ok, they're not even clean. Geesh.
Anyway, a really cute thing that I REALLY wanted to see was in front of each reel. You know there's a little plastic ledge on the door right in front of the reels, maybe a centimeter deep. Well on this Godzilla there were little tiny Godzilla figures that looked like they would pop up in front of the reels. They were recessed down in so I couldn't really see them, but they appeared to be only about a centimeter tall. I really really really wanted to play the machine to see what the little Godzillas did, but the guy was firm. "I'll turn them on if you're serious about buying." For $329 I could honestly say that I was nowhere near serious about buying, so he wouldn't let me play. *sniffle*
I swear, I felt like a 10 year old kid being told not to touch instead of a 32 year old man wanting to see something interesting I hadn't seen before.
Anyway, it looked like a fun older machine and I was wondering if anyone had seen one and knows what the little Godzillas do?
