As many have heard, I have purchased 2, count 'em, 2 Apllo 13's.

So I decided to sell one but, alas, there were no takers.

Well, I just got off the phone with SlotUSA & they accepted my offer to trade for something else in their stock. They are working up a list of machines & will let me choose from this list. Also, if I should not happen to find something I like now, they will allow me to wait until their next shipment comes in a few weeks & I can choose from this lot.

Id say this is very above & beyond the call!
They didnt have to do this & they did it without hesitation. It probably helps that Ive already purchased 3 other machines from them but still, they didnt have to.

About the Apollo 13 I have recieved.
Its sweet! It is super clean. It dosent have any of those dirty runner marks on the playboard made by passing balls. The wood frame looks like its just been built. No dirt, dust or stains. The back mechanisms look new. Heck, the whole thing looks brand new. I am very happy with it.

I put the new Walmart feet on it first thing & that looks very cool. What a good idea!

And the play? Most cool! Logic & Shift Delete have a great review in the museum. Maybe Ill add to it later but for now all I can say is this is a very cool machine!

Over all, SlotUSA done good by me! They are #1 son!!!

Well Doo sounds like you had much better luck than I did with them, but they did take care of me in the end and I was happy. That is really cool that they will exchange the machine for you . Definatley above and beyond what they had to do. Congrats man!

I bought a pachinko from them last year on Ebay for 86.00, we couldn't get it to work right

Yes, Slot USA Gets a bum rap allot but that is because they Don't take the time to do things right from the start. They do fix things in the end and usually you get something out of it for your time. They are a good dealer that has to my experiences not deliberately tried to pull a fast one over on you. Just would be nice not to have the hit and miss with each order from them.

I agree with Laz. They will "getter" done...soon or later.

The key to them is Joe. I used to(but I don't now) have his direct cell phone number. Could the next person that talks to him get that number? I remember when I had the problem with my Pachinko, he said for me to call him on it direct as it is tuff to get him otherwise. It's too bad that it was that way back then and it might be that way now???

Actually D, yes I did! She says she'll look into it. They were just really nice about the whole thing. I was very relieved & impressed.
