    Default Height of Tables

So I'm wondering what the height of slot machine tables / stands is in a real parlor.

My Kiwame is made to sit high because you need to look from below the top reels to see them at the proper angle. It sit's at about 25" off the floor in the regular ole kitchen chair that I use.

However, if you look at my Conti 4X, 25" is WAY too high and causes all of the lines going across the reels to not line up properly. It needs to sit at about 19" while using the same chair.

The King Camel can be a little more variable since the upper reel window is so small, but it falls pretty much in between the two using the same chair.

So what is the 'standard' height of the stand / base of machine? I assume they're all at the same height in a parlor, so I also assume that they are actually designed to be looked at from a given perspective that is always the same.

Of course, this all depends on the height of your chair / stool too, but just to get an idea.....

God I need a vacation away from work! lol

I've got all my machines (including the conti) on 30" stands and use 29" stools to sit on and play them. All the reels line up well. Maybe your chair is a bit short, or maybe the reels need adjustment?

my machines are from 12 inches to 30 inches off the floor.

I sit on a milk crate for the lowest and a stool for the highest.

I spent too much on machines to buy stands for all of them.

I make do with what I have or can find cheap

Mine are all on 30 inch stands. It's a perfect height for standing and with 30 inch bar stools sitting is perfect too.
