Help no sound at all: Pachinslo madoka magica 2

I bought a slot machine today upon searching for a solution i stumbled into this site and decided to ask experts. Its working fine, its converted into coinless play but there is really no sounds at all, checked the insides and everything is very neat and its making it difficult to point the faulty part. Checked the settings for volume and also the wires, did a reset as well and every solutipn i can find online doesnt seem to work please help. I need audio!

HELLO! yes no sound. no white noise from all the speakers literally mute. everything looks great and well taken care off like its barely used at all. all things worked already played it the whole day, except that it has no sounds.f4c21c4d-0ba0-488e-99ea-d4e4b00a56be.jpg

Can you post on this Thread nice ,Clear photos of the inside of the front door of the machine so we can see something that maybe you missed ?

If all wires are connected it may be a matter of the volume setting on the machine (inside the settings menu, or sometimes a rotating switch on the board that handles the sound) being turned off. I had a pachinko machine where that rotating switch would define the default sound level and whether or not the volume controls and/or brightness adjustment in the game would be enabled or not.

Anyway, the way to get to the settings menu varies between machines so try different things. Here are a few that will get to different settings menus in my machines. Use Google translate to help with the menus:
1. Turn the settings key on, power down the machine, turn power back on with the door open.
2. Turn the settings key on with the door open.
3. Turn the power to the machine on with the door open (with the settings key to off) will let you set the default volume on that machine then)
4. Turn the power to the machine on with the settings key on, holding the inside button inside the door that does the reset/difficulty level changes
5. Turn the settings key on, power on the machine with the door closed

if you press the round joystick pad above the start lever, does it bring up any on screen menus. I'm sure a machine of this age wold have some sort of game app to track and store your progress.

hello, i kept it on for 6 hours. then the music just started to play. sounds are now on it. the problem was when i turned it off and turned it on again, there is nothing coming into the screen. the slots just roll and play normally but there is no screen and the gem that lights up in the top keeps on turning on and off like its still loading the system

Out of interest. is it a 100v machine or a 24v machine?

How do I know. I use 110 as its from japan.

The problem shows everytime I turned it off while someone is playing.
No screen at all, no sounds, coinless buttons wont work.

Then sometimes if its in the mood it will just start normally.

The data plate on the machine will say what voltage it is.

Are you using a step down transformer as the bio says your in the Philippines. An underrated transformer can result in overheating and voltage drops that effect the machines operation. Especially high current functions like video display and sound.
