Question Las Vegas won’t play [help]

I’ve tried resetting it, and I think all I’ve managed to do is set the odds.

But the credit is displaying absolutely nothing.
The “Settings” light on the power supply is lit up, and I can’t figure out why.

Buttons on the front make leds on the motherboard light up, so that’s good.
I just can’t seem to get any credits to actually play it.

Anyone know anything about this or how I can fix it?

I guess one important thing to note is that I can change the odds even without the little key. I’m thinking it’s stuck in settings mode?

    Update, I figured it out.
wires ripped out of the back of the key toggle switch.
Soldered them back up now it’s in play mode.
New problem, after playing for a while I get a HP error code, gonna probably try to clean up the hopper and see if that changes anything

Good job finding that broken connection! Here is your machine, It's made by Sammy and called HOKUTONOKEN. There were 5 different versions released in 2003.
The "Las Vegas" stickers on your machine were added by an importer in an attempt to make it look more appealing to an American buyer.
