Nishijin Single Shot question

Been working on this Nishijin single shot for a few days. Got the front cleaned up, replaced the glass and tore the rear down. I took care of the rust and got it running flawlessly I have checked all the bulbs, sockets and fuses and they are good. The wiring is in good shape and intact. I hooked up an old cell phone charger that I use for setting up the lights and nothing works. I got both switches cleaned up and they test good. Checked the charger and it was at 10VDC. Long story just to get to this. Does anyone have a schematic for this old single shot? I tried to follow the model A schematic I have but this is a little different.
