Default Vintage Ginza. Removing Launch Mechanism

I'm trying to repair a vintage Ginza Pachinko. Everything I've seen suggests the launch mechanism can simply be pulled out. In this case it seems to be riveted in place. The attached photo highlights the rivets. I cannot get behind them without completely disassembling the back side, and maybe not even then. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks.

Looks very similar to my Sankyo, which I too couldn't figure out. On the right side the silver latch needs to be rotated CCW and on the left side there's nothing holding it but friction, so once you release the latch on the r/s, just pull outward carefully and evenly on both sides of the mechanism.

Too late to edit, so here's a couple of more that may help. The "riveted" pieces remain attached to the playfield (see picture) and the other picture is what the launch mechanism looks like removed.

Here's my post when I couldn't figure it out, Bowl987 shared a YT link with me for Dan Welch that showed me how (check at about the 4:48 mark in the video)

Awesome! Thank you! I had looked at that and Dan's other videos. I guess I need to look at them again
