For the most part, it seems to work, balls shoot, and go thru (like I'm ever going to hit a payoff) but they do seem to jam in the payoff track. I think there must be a cover missing and the lights (very important for the younger grandkids) aren't working. So, I'm going to try to figure it out as well as build a cabinet to put it on the wall. Wish me luck and all advice and help is most welcome! Troy

I zoomed in on your backside pic, and everything looks normal other than a lot of covers missing, but there are a couple things of interest
You do have a track cover which was the first thing to check but ..

On the left where the balls transition from the upper tray to the dual tracks, there is odd looking piece of plastic that looks out of place or folded. Maybe damage is preventing normal ball flow.
Also, the plastic part at the top is at a 45 degree angle, and should be hanging straight down. It has weight in it, and is supposed to smooth the ball stream down to a single layer before entering the sharp turn

The only other option that I can think of is a small object in the pathways somewhere, a thumbtack, dust ball, etc, that may not be apparent at first
