Refill Issue

Hi, I recently just got pachinko balls and when I try to refill the upper tray the balls will just be dispense into the ball area in the front and there will be an error code of 7 on the display. I don't think of this is intended or a setting I can change. I have attached a video link to the issue. Please Help. Thanks.

If its just feeding balls from the rear tank to the front tray. Its just catching up on payouts. If it stops and the rear tank is still full and the front tray is full. Empty the front tray.

Depending on previous state. it may need a couple of hundred balls run through it to catch up (Or a couple of thousand)

Thanks for the reply, I manage to fix it by clearing the ram as I found a reddit post that had this exact issue. I guess must have hit a jackpot or something and I turn off the machine while it's still in the jackpot state.
