Default Bellco Pink Bell nothing working

Hello, I picked up a Bellco Pink Bell machine for $60 cad. Whe you plug it in and turn it on the lower fluorescent light comes on, you hear a quiet buzzing from the speakers for a second, and you can see very very slight twitch of the middle reel.

    Things I've tried.
    -Checked fuses
    -Full reset
    -Remove and reseated every connector.
-Swapped out transformer for a 24v switching power supply, transformer seemed to only put out 13v.
-Checked power on reel stop board, getting 19v.
-Pulled out power supply and boards and checked for leaking or swollen capacitors. Boards look in great shape.
-Checked ribbon cables for wear or breaks.

This is my first pachislo machine. But I have a few arcade games and arcade pcb's that I have fixed so I am familiar with electronics. Are there any schematics or what places I should check for voltages, or any common things that fail on these machines? Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks Kyle

err. is that a 110vac - 24vdc switching psu? Is that what your using to power the machine?

pachislo are either 24vac or 100 vac. wold say on the data plate (if it still exists)

I didn't see any data plate, the transformer that was is it just said 24v 5amp output and was replaced at one point. It does the same thing with transformer connected, I tried the switching power supply just to if it would anything would change (same issues). I havewired it back to transformer.

Correct, the machine doesn't even boot up, have no lights or displays working when machine is on, except for lower florescent marquee light that comes on.

Sorry. Can't be much help. Check the PSU for blown fuses. Check the reset button/key switch are stuck in reset mode.

All fuses are good, reset key has been converted to a toggle switch that functions correctly check with multimeter.

Normally one of the plugs would output to the power. Carrying motor power (switched in the PSU) and the 5v feed for the hopper sensor (3 or 4 wires) maybe also a hopper overflow pins. (Two exposed pins sticking out from the back of the cabinet.

There is a 2 pin connector that goes to hopper overflow, the hopper connector is 8 pins and has 2 5v feeds. From what I can see it looks like power supply is functioning? Seem to get proper output voltages on pins that have power. Getting 5v, 12v and 24v outputs. I think issue may be with main board, I'm going to pull it out and have a close look at it.
