Depends if you want original incandescent bulbs or LED; some center features look better with the yellow/warm colored incandescent light in my opinion; LED is bright white (or red) usually. NEONBRAD on eBay is my go to guy for all my vintage pachinko lighting needs.
Or buy both and see which you like better.

I have the leaf switches you inquired about, and a couple grommets & bulbs ready to send.
