What is this vintage machine and does anyone have more info or plans of it

It’s right next to a Smart Ball; probably some sort of Smart Ball/pachinko hybrid?? No idea what it’s called; obvious it didn’t catch on.

The 45 degree tilt is about halfway in between the playfield tilt angle of Smart Ball nearly flat vs pachinko nearly 90 degrees perpendicular.
