    Default Fluorescent to LED Conversion

    Hey folks,
Got a 2001 Bellco Regal, having a hard time locating the correct skinny fluorescent bulbs for it, don't think there are any around anymore. Wayne-Ooo suggested that I convert the fluorescents to LED strips, which sounds like a great idea. He said his voltage after bypassing the ballast was 12v, and used automotive LED strips and they worked great.
I'm not an expert in the electronics of these machines, so I've been looking for the ballast(s) for the fluorescents, no idea where they are, and then how to bypass them and then determining what voltage LEDs I would need. Could anybody who has been through this process walk me through it?
On a second note, I am planning on converting all my incandescents to LED as well, I've seen LED replacement bulbs for sale, and that looks like a pretty simple process, but just curious how they look, all LEDs look a bit different from incandescents, so if anyone has a review or comment on that, it would be greatly appreciated as well.
As always, thanks for the advice!
    Youk

Sent a pic of the tunes, I have a machine that's DOA and think I given up on

LEDs do look good in many places, I have changed the color in many spots and make it pop.
