This appears to be the symbol of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or maybe the Kuomintang party... whether that's deliberate or not I have no idea! Especially since "China" on eBay usually means the mainland.

Yeah, I thought maybe they were like enamel pins made to look like pinball bumpers, but they do match the Taiwanese flag!!
