Need help with ball launcher that won't load

Greetings,
Newbie here who inherited a pachinko machine that the previous owner left behind. It was working just fine until last year when the balls stopped launching. I suspect my little 3 year-old niece might have snuck something into the machine that's blocking the balls from loading into the shooting area.
I don't really know how I can open it up to check the ball paths so I was hoping someone here would be able to help me. The case that the pachinko machine is in looks just like the one in this user's post:

Any help would be appreciated. I'd love to be able to fix it so the kids could play with it again.

On most models. Pop open the front glass. Then there is a lever in the bottom right to swing open the tray assembly to get to the shotter ball paths.

Push the lever down and the front door opens modernsankyodoropen.jpg
While you can open the door with the balls in the tray, you'll need to drain the balls out before the next step or its a mess.


On the back back side of the door is the shooter module. modernsankyoshooter.jpg

It has one screw and a retaining plate holding it into position.


Once off you have full access to the ball paths and shooter module to check for obstructions
