Smile Daiichi Battle Counter Wiring to Daiichi Dynamite King in Okinawa Machine

    Hello,

First of all, thank you for this amazing forum! I’m new here so please forgive any breaches in protocol

    After reading this: https://www.pachitalk.com/forums/sho...unter-hook-ups

    And then this: https://www.pachitalk.com/forums/sho...on-wiring-help

I’m still a bit stumped and would like some help please:

I own a Daiici Dynamite King in Okinawa machine

I purchased a Daiichi Battle Counter assuming ‘same brand = easy install’ …

That does not seem to be the case!

The Battle Counter came with a distribution board and a multiwire:

The Battle Counter itself has quite a few wires out:
    Image from iOS (6).jpg

The back of my machine has only 1 series of inputs:

Before I go randomly attaching wires to the transformer and bricking the Battle Counter, I was hoping one of the experts on here could point me in the right direction.

    Best Wishes!

You can actually find this information on the Daiichi website, there's a Google searchbox on this page: http://www.daiichi.net/material/detaromaterial.html

I think this is your machine? http://www.daiichi.net/pdf/d777/w99.pdf If that helps...
If you are willing to sell the machine CRアレパチ連発おはな (CR Arepachi Rapidfire Ohana), please let me know!

Awesome, NicoleExpress - thanks for the links!

The info on Daiichi's site got me a bit farther (thanks google translate!)

    Attachment 104455

I assumed that the stripped wires coming from the distro board were the ones that went into the P inputs on my machine and the diagram confirms that.

    BattleCounterMarkup.jpg

I powered the counter up with a 12v transformer (thought I'm pretty sure its 24v )

The outputs to the machine make sense (thanks again NicoleExpress)

Yet, I'm still stumped on the connection from the distro board to the battle counter

    From mandoman in : https://www.pachitalk.com/forums/showthread.php?56568-Battle-Counter-Daiichi-DLA-1-Installation-wiring-help

“We know the 7 wire harness with the white plug goes to the Distribution Board.”

I’ve located the 7 wire with the white plug – my distro board though is not a P1, and so I’m unsure as to where to connect the 7 wire into the board…

Also, I believe this is the Battle Counter, a DLA – 1S
    http://www.daiichi.net/products/dla-1.html

Could anyone clue me in on what I'm missing here with the connection from the Battle Counter to the board?

Also, if someone could confirm the DLA - 1S is in fact 24v, that would be awesome (the stuff I've found seems to be all marketing materials)

And thanks for the welcomes everyone!

They are all 24VAC. A DLA-1S is for pachislo, it's probably the DLA-1P.

mandomans board is a P1 board rather than a P board.

the left diagram shows a 3 pin plug and socket. I would try that. Its in your picture earlier. next the the wire with the helpful tag Wire writen on it in Katakana

thsi PDF seems to confirm it.

    Thanks for the input!

The three wire to the 'day taro lamp' socket is one of the first things I tried. The plug and socket don't line up...

Its distinctly possible that I have an incompatible board / battle counter:

Looks like your model is listed under DNR-4 I've sent Mandoman a message to see if he's got a spare or any other ideas.
