My older Sankyo machines all have a square window over the seesaw, none have a round window like yours, and this part is slightly different.
But I feel like I could make you one of these based on the machines I do have. A pic with this part with a metric ruler next to it would make that possible. Or I could make a copy of what I have and adapt it as needed to your machine.
