Sankyo Road Construction 1990 Ball Not loading

Hi Everyone,
I could use some help. I am having issues with the ball not loading into the chamber for shooting. I made adjustment to the plastic arm to make sure it was lifting the release arm for the ball but the ball seems to betting caught up between release and load onto the metal arm. I’d post full pictures of the frame you are referring to; there’s a ton of different frames out there and each one varies in form/function from the last. Maybe somebody has the same frame and can give you a picture of what it should look like? Otherwise kind of grasping at straws here…

I know that frame, I used to have it; but sold it so I’m no help… everyone else may not have the frame memorized for a 33 year old Sankyo!

Any chance you can take a picture of the inside lower door and a pic of the front with the doors open? Visuals help!

Hi ebb,

In your upper right photo, just above and to the right, you will notice a silver rod sitting on top of a black metal loop. That rod must be IN the metal loop in order for balls to be loaded. Give it a shot and let us know if that helped.

This is helpful. So when I look at mine, when the door is open, it sits in the fully down position. If I use my finger to push it up, then you see that plastic stopper rise up. Can you also send me a picture of the rail the ball loads into similar to the picture below? I really appreciate this, huge help!

yes when you push up the plastic pin should pop up adding next ball to shooter
the paper clip looking part goes up.. which triggers the door mech to pop up and add another ball

the plastic part just right of paper clip only turns to the left 45 degrees
not sure what it does

Your paper clip in up right position so when you close the door it never goes under front door mech
I think you need to clear the ball jam and try again

that paper clip needs to under my finger and positioned so it gives a good pop

Did you try putting the silver metal rod inside the black metal loop as I suggested???

So I removed the jam, made some adjustments to the lift servo but feel like something else is not starting which should. How is the best way to share a video?
