Just got some parts in. My parts, springs, are pitted, rusty, so this will be a game changer.

I got the parts in, replacing the pitted handle, pitted finger rest, spring, everything. No more rust, nice parts, and the spring is adjusted.

Finished up with the ball mover, soldered the wiring, it is keeping the balls from bunching up.

You will probably have to re-bend the wire, to get it, so it doesn't bind with the plastic loading arm.

Really important information about the handle, release of the balls. I determined that everything is OK. What the problem was the piece that can be adjusted behind the door was not stationary.

    received_534291962112698.jpeg

This caused the lever to become funky. After I adjusted the part, I put a nail in place.

I was able to get the wire all straighten out.

So, I found the happy spot on 2-3% bubble level and I put a wood spacing in place. I made adjustments holes if for some reason in the future it is moved it can be readjusted.

I have been in the process of fabricating a ball pusher, keeping the balls from bunching up, and this one is exactly what I need.

I have been tweaking the machine, I have been eliminating problems throughout it. Things like a rusted spring, repairing a broken flower, having to finely tune the ball recovery system. It's been an adventure for me actually learning just how this thing works. I still have to tune up the nails on the playing field, work on the 12V bell, and I need to add a electrical outlet on the wall.
The kit for the nail tuning is coming in Monday from Japan, I think they sent it from Japan to the US in a row boat.

I am working on the nail adjustment, its easy peasy with the right tools. I mark the glass with the ones that I need to adjust.

Nothing really new, I am still tuning up the machine, it's getting harder and harder for the balls to drop into the holes. This is my goal, to make it a true Pachinko machine, not some easy peasy game.

I am needing to get this tulip working correctly, it is my issue right now. I can't find the right one anywhere to replace it.
    received_860698681702856.jpeg
I have this one coming in, hopefully I can get it repaired with these parts. Will see what happens next, its the parts inside that I need.
