When I look at the pictures I see that my machine is different, but I believe the load lever part is going to be the same.

modelashooterrear.jpg The shaft on mine is mounted higher on the backplane of the module, and the lift lever goes under the load levers' pivot point.

pachi3a.jpg On yours the shaft definitely goes in that boss, but the lift lever design goes over the load lever pivot point instead of under.

The notch that operates the lift lever is slightly above and to the right of the load levers' pivot point on both modules, even though the pivot shaft position and design of the lift lever are different. I believe this part will work for you, if not I'll tweak it as needed.

I figured out how to make a nice C clip groove in the brass rods I bought, so I have a load lever, a new shaft, a C clip and a brass washer for you. PM me your address and we'll get you going.

I received the part today, thank you. It looks like it would fit right in there if that plastic tube wasn't on my loading module. Definitely on the right track!

Seems like you could just cut that plastic part off and install the brass rod instead?

That is your support for the load lever shaft. If you cut it off the shaft won't be anchored securely. the load lever needs to be redesigned instead

I don't have a model A with the external ball drain on the front, so it must use a slightly different/older design for the load lever. I will work on a redesign, but If someone that has a model A like that could post a pic of the load lever, it would be helpful.

Sorry, I did not notice this difference, but now that I see the pics, the load lever definitely needs a redesign.

Maybe install the shaft and make sure it is ok as a starting point
