I can't help, but if you can get pics of the shooting mechanism, that might help people notice a problem!!
If you open the glass on the front there should be a button to push down that will let the shooter area swing open!!

It seems the ball goes into the lane and then reenters the shooting lane.Thats when it shoots double balls
