Wrong payout

I got 6 token payout when it should have been 10. Is there a certain way to set the reels so they payout correctly or does something else need to be done.

The first thing to check is to see if your reels are in the right order. you can go on pachislodb,com, look it up and it will show you the symbol order for each reel. I have never heard of a machine
spitting out the wrong amount, that's not the type of error they make. Check those reels!

Hi had this problem too on my heiwa machine. You might have a bad sensor on your hopper or might need some cleaning because of dust. Look underneath your hopper and you will find the photodiode sensor. Try to clean it and if not, you need to change it. Goodluck
