Single shot year - help identifying

Good morning gents,
New to the forum and Pachinkos. Hooked on them at first sight haha. Found a neat single shot that I am unable to identify any year on the license tag. I m unfamiliar with the Japanese text so I was hoping someone on here may be able to help.

Please see the attached picture of the tag. I can zoom in and screenshot if needed. Just let me know.

ministry of trade and commerce stamp
patent/license stamp
production company stamp
frame stamp

nothing with a date to go by on your photo
