    Default Battle Counter connections

Which wires do you hook to which connections?

I created an album of all my current machines and am wondering what the best way to determine how to hook up the battle counter is. Any help that can be provided is appreciated.

I want to learn and create a guide for other users to access, so the more information that is provided in this thread, the more comprehensive the guide will be.

    Thanks for your time.

If you forget about all the network links through signal outputs Top light outputs and such like. A basic battle counter on a regular modern digi pachi has 1 pair of power wires and 3 inputs.

    The 3 inputs are
Start pocket hits/reel spins. yes they are different Reel spin is more acurate.
    Jackpot
High probability time after Jackpot/ This one is used to let the counter know of multipy jackpots in a row (fever)

In addition. My Asahi A ONE counters do have an input socket on the board labelled door ドア . To indicate the machine door is open.

Earlier moderns and Hanemono machines, Have a sliglty differnt configuration due to the different way they play.

I connected the error 2 input to the door open of the parlor panel and when I open the glass door the red and blue lights flash like a police car so i can use any of the triggers to trip those lights.

    Question Re: Battle Counter connections

How can one test to see if the BC is wired correctly, what should be done as a basic test to ensure it functions as designed.

I know im having a heck of a time figuring out the bits needed as there seems to be big gaps in the available information on these things..

Understandably so seeing how many machine types and how many Battle counter types there are and all the permeations..

This is the Cell board that should control the Battle Counter

    • cn2 大当り ( Jackpot )
    • cn3 始動口 ( the number of times when the ball into the small hole in the middle of the playing field, starting port)
    • cn4 図柄確定 (Design confirmed, Confirmation of the pattern, Confirm the pattern)
    • cn5 確率変動 ( probability change ,high probability)

and this is the connector with the 3 wires that when shorted make changes on the battle counter.

There is a 4th wire that is labeled as a error 2 input, that does turn on red and blue flashing lights i assume they could be used on any of the Frame terminals to report a condition.. Like balls out or door open etc.

If you touch the start wires together. The start counter on the display will start to go up. This also gets displayed in the graph below. But that displays in the hundreds.
Touching and holding the jackpot wires together starts cool flashing lights and also resets the start counter back to zero. You will also get a No.1 appear in on the display.
whilst this is happening. Hold the last two wires together. Seperate the jackpot wires, the lighting should calm down a bit, then touch the jackpot wires together again. The one on the display should now become a two. Repeat as required.

    So a player can see
how many reel spins since the last jackpot and how long the jackpot lasted. In addition, how many jackpots that day and the 2 days previous.
I think my record is 12 jackpot fevers in a row and on the other hand the longest dry spell was over 900 reel spins.

I’ll see if I can do a video later if needed.

oh wait I already did one.

Unfortunately, I was ill part of this week, but made some progress on translations. Can someone take a look at the updates and see if they look good to them?

It shows the 2009 Sankyo lumina frame with spring connections. But the lumina all had socket connections.

i think thats meant to be the
    Heiwa Lupinasu frame not the
    Sankyo Lumina frame

I’ll send a pic over later of a Sankyo Lumina connections.
