Default How to find DC voltage on Sankyo Lumina Frame

Trying to find where I can pull some DC voltage on a Sankyo Lumina Frame. Now, before people say this can overtax the transformer, know this... I am removing the CRT that has 33VDC out to it and replacing with an LCD that pulls 12VDC at 1.5A and another board that needs 5VDC at 3A.

I am looking up how to lower that 33VDC to the voltages needed, but this is all new to me, so any help is appreciated.

Thats pretty high current for a standard regulator. But you should be able to find something. And then use the original crt power feed.
