reset problem on a yamasa 777 Big chance game

I think I messed my first thread up so here goes. This machine was working perfect until a jackpot was hit. After the full pay out the game over light came on along with the jackpot lights across the top of machine. After trying to reset it, it starts out quiet then a relay pulls in turning the game over light and jackpot lights on and machine is non-working. I have tried the reset button and the odds reset but nothing seems to change. When I hit the odds button, no 1-6 lights come on anywhere. Is there something I am missing or is there a system reboot? On my yamasa, turn the door key to reset after the big win. Not sure which direction, but opposite to opening. They do this so the parlor attendant refills the tokens.

Thats one of the problems, there is no door key. Any thoughts. I have had it 35+ years and no key when bought..

Good news, since I read and had the suggestions to reset by the door key, I analyzed the inside of door lock and found a lever that resets game. Thanks for the help..

I found the lever reset without the key. thanks

Assuming it like most pachis. There are 2 switches. One of which disables the need for reset after jackpot.
