777 Big chance game

Thanks for your help. I have a fairly old, 777 Big chance game. It worked good for years until someone hit the big jackpot. After all the payouts it went into a game over mode that I can't seem to reset it back to normal. I have tried the standard reset methods I have read about but no change. Any direction is greatly appreciated. Thanks Eddie

I'm guess this is a pachislo, rather than pachinko, so moved it to correct location.

Not sure about this machine. but normally, turning the door key to the left resets the machine at the end of the jackpot.
