Default Video of my solution for pachinkos with dead CRTs

Check out my video here for my POC. Took a little time to figure out, but I was determined as I bought a machine with a dying (now dead) CRT.

Thank you for doing that. I will be posting more information including the conversion board I bought, connector sizes to make a cable that can connect to both ends (instead of the jumpers), and the TFT LCD that I will put in the machine. I'll also confirm if you can have two monitors going at the same time and post a video with my findings.

I have received and added the LCD to the solution. In the video below, you can see that I don't have the LCD mounted yet, but I sat it in the pachinko so you can get an idea of how it looks. I do go over the setup and connections.

I had never seen this machine before, and I love the theme; good work saving it! This is a great solution.

I hang out in the retro video game scene and people there have created a custom firmware for these GBS-8200 boards: https://github.com/ramapcsx2/gbs-control . I think it's overkill for a pachinko machine (those frames of lag aren't going to be noticeable, and the screen is too small to need the image quality boost), but it should get rid of the flash of Chinese characters if that bothers you.

I'll be putting up the final video shortly. I know I keep saying that, but life has been crazy for about the last ten months.
