Default IT'S ALIVE Solution for dead CRTs in older pachinko machines

Check out my video here for my POC. Took a little time to figure out, but I was determined as I bought a machine with a dying (now dead) CRT.

Stumbled on your videos on Youtube (and found this site), was able to fix my pachinko machine following your example. My machine was similar to yours, though my video card was not attached to another card like yours.

So happy to hear this and great job! I just saw the old board I had bought online on sale on Amazon and came here to post my partial instructions that I wrote up. Will finish writing them this weekend as I would love to have this site host a copy of the file. That way, many others can do this too. Let's keep these old machine kicking!

I'm here on bended knee to beg you to finish these instructions! I've got a super fun fancy-themed game called "Fever Quest" and the screen is a mere shadow of its former self...

I don't know all the facts. but first they are using a crt to vga adaptor board (the board on the right). then sourcing a vga monitor of the right size. (comes with the monitor board attached to it) then having to build a custom housing to mount the boards and locate a source of power
